What is the time commitment for IB students?
Students and parents must know going into the program that there is a substantial time commitment involved in the IB Programme. This commitment is not limited to academic coursework. Since IB students are required to be involved in activities outside of the school day, they must be diligent and conscientious in their time management. In fact, some of the most important indicators of success within the program are time commitment and time management. As such, even students who do not consider themselves the "strongest" academic students should consider the program. The IB Programme attracts students who are intellectually curious not merely intellectually "gifted."
