Out-of-District School Choice Program

What if my home district tells me that they are not allowing students to apply?
Resident districts cannot prevent public
school students from applying for School Choice. At most, they can limit the number of
students who apply for School Choice to 10% of the student population by grade
level or 15% of the total school population. As of this update, no district in NJ has been
approved by the NJDOE to limit their applicants to Choice Programs.
