I am in parochial or private school—can I still apply for School Choice?

In order to apply for School Choice, students must be enrolled in their local public school  or a charter school for the entire school year prior to the year in which they wish to attend the choice school (Tier 1 admission). Private, parochial, or home-schooled students may only be considered if there are seats available after all interested public school students have been admitted (Tier 2 admission)

Students who live in Denville, Rockaway Borough, Rockaway Township, or Wharton are considered in-district students, even if they are attending a private, parochial, charter, or choice school, and will be considered with other in-district applicants.

All applications are due by November 25th.
