Who is eligible to apply for the In-District School Choice Lottery?

Students currently in the 8th grade who live in Rockaway Borough, Rockaway Township, Denville, or Wharton are eligible to apply. Parochial and private school 8th grade students who are residents of one of these four towns are also eligible to apply.  Students must have completed the high school registration process, including providing proof of residency, in order to be considered.
