Juniors and seniors who have maintained a 90.0 average or higher in art classes for two years are eligible for membership in the National Art Honor Society. All nominations are made by the Art Department staff based on the unweighted grade point average in art courses. Students who are inducted as members must continue to participate in the art department offerings and maintain an unweighted average of 90.0 in all art courses.
This organization raises funds to hold the annual induction ceremony and to give awards to students at graduation. The students in National Art Honor Society are expected to work on committees helping with art and community service.
