MHRD has launched a new version of our mobile app in August 2026.

• A realtime event calendar of school activities 
• A direct link to the Aspen Student Portal for student grades and schedules
• Improved navigation and support for mobile devices

A new version of the app is available now.  

To download the mobile app on your iOS/Apple device, start by opening the Apple App Store.

• Search for the app using Morris Hills Regional District. 
• Select and download your app by tapping the Get button next to your app and clicking Install if needed. You may need to enter your Apple ID password to authorize the download.
• Open up the app on your device. 
• Here is the direct link to iOS app.

To download the mobile app on an Android device, open the Google Play Store. 

• Search for the app using Morris Hills Regional District.. 
• Select the app from the search results and tap to download. Click Install to start the download and install process.
• Review the Permissions and click Accept to proceed.
• Once the app is installed on your Android device, open it directly from the Play Store by tapping the Open button or find the app icon on your home screen.
• Here is the direct link to the Android app. 

For realtime and direct access to grades and student information, you can also download the Aspen Mobile App.  

• Search for Follet Aspen in the App Store or Google Play
• Login with your Aspen Credentials

I have an old version of the MHRD mobile app.  How do I get the new version?

• The update for the app is now available. 
• To manually update the app, open the App Store or Google Play, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, scroll down to pending updates, and tap Update All or choose Update next to a specific app

How do I access student grades and schedules?

• There will be a direct link on the app to Aspen., the student information system.
• Please use your exisitng credentials to access Aspen.

On the old version of the MHRD app, I was able to see student grades.  Will that feature be available?

• It is in development.  In 2026, we transitioned from Blackboard to Finalsite as our mobile app developer.  Finalsite is working on this feature request. 

What is the difference between the MHRD Mobile App and the Follet Aspen App?

• The MHRD App is a streamlined version of our website.  Providing important information such as the event calendar or important links such as the Aspen Portal.
• The Follet Aspen app is the streamlined, on-the-go version of Aspen. It lets you check your or your student's information/grades and helps you stay informed about important school updates in realtime.
