The Morris Knolls chapter of Mu Alpha Theta, the National High School and Junior College Mathematics Honor Society, honors the mathematics achievements of the Morris Knolls Community. In order to qualify for acceptance a student must be a Junior or Senior, be taking or have previously taken PreCalculus, have an average of a 95 or higher in previous math courses including points given for honors or AP classes, and an overall gpa of 85 or higher. The students are inducted in March and provide community service by assisting with the Math Club tutoring program.
