Neil Charles joined the district in 2005 as the Supervisor of Technology Services. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Technology for the Clinton Township School District. In addition, he has taught first grade in the Highland Park School District. He holds certification in Windows Troubleshooting, Local Area Networks, and Macintosh Troubleshooting, to name a few. He has extensive experience in the educational environment and keen awareness of the needs and concerns of students, staff, community members, and district administrators.

Prior to his position as the Supervisor of Instructional Services for Science, Mr. Kevin S. Doyle taught and coached for eight years at Morris Hills High School. His teaching assignments included physics, chemistry, and physical science and his coaching assignments included assistant soccer, assistant spring track and field, head indoor track and field and the physics team. Prior to joining the Morris Hills staff, he taught physics and chemistry at Pompton Lakes High School and physics, chemistry, and mathematics at Immaculate Heart Academy.

Cheryl Engel, Ed.D - District Director of Instructional Services for Math/Academy

Education: B.A. in Mathematics, The College of New Jersey, M.A. in Administration and Supervision, New Jersey City University, Ed.D. in Higher Education, Saint Peter's University  Dr. Engel joined the Morris Hills Regional District in August 2008. Prior to her current role, she served as the Supervisor of Mathematics, Business, and the University Program for Information Technology at Indian Hills High School. She began her educational career as a high school mathematics and computer science teacher in Wayne Valley High School where she also coached softball and cheerleading and advised the computer club.

Keith Bigora is the Supervisor of Career and Technical Education. He joined the Morris Hills Regional District in 2004 as a mathematics teacher. Most recently, Mr. Bigora has served as Assistant Principal of Morris Knolls High School and Supervisor of the Fine and Performing Arts. Mr. Bigora has past served as the advisor of the National Honor Society and Math Team at Morris Knolls and has presented multiple workshops within the District highlighting technology use in the classroom.

Jennifer Toriello - District Director of Instructional Services for English

Jennifer Toriello is a graduate of Morris Knolls High School and of Caldwell College. Prior to her position as Director of Instructional Services for English, she was the Assistant Principal at Morris Hills High School who supervised World Language and ESL and managed the Attendance Office. She began her career as an English Teacher at Morris Hills.

Dr. Krystal Beck graduated from Wilkes University in 2004 with a degree in History and Secondary Education and a minor in Dance. She earned her Master's in Educational Leadership from East Stroudsburg University, followed by a Specialist in Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida in 2021, and completed her Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida in 2025. Prior to joining the administrative team at Morris Hills Regional District in 2014, Dr. Beck taught in the Morris Knolls Social Studies Department and served as choreographer for school musicals, National Honor Society Advisor, and Multicultural Club Advisor.
