Prior to being appointed Superintendent of Morris Hills Regional District, Nick Norcia served as Superintendent of the Fair Lawn Public Schools since 2018. Before his tenure as Superintendent, he spent 17 years serving in special education primarily as an administrator and teacher in New Jersey public schools

Dr. Nisha Zoeller joined the Central Office in February 2009 after serving as the Supervisor of Guidance at Morris Hills High School from 2006-2008. Before joining our district, she worked at the Union County Magnet High School for Math, Science, and Technology as a guidance counselor and English teacher and at the New York University Undergraduate Admissions Office. She completed her doctorate at Drew University with a focus on historiography.

Dan started his educational career in 1999 as a Physical Science Teacher at Bridgewater-Raritan. He then made the move to Kittatinny Regional High School where he taught Science, coached multiple sports, and eventually worked as an Instructional Supervisor of various departments. Moving to the Morris Hills Regional District in 2015, Dan was an Assistant Principal at Morris Knolls until he acquired the position of Supervisor of Human Resources in 2021.

Ms. Boyer joined the Morris Hills Regional District community in 1998. Prior to her position as the District Director of Special Services, Ms. Boyer was the District Supervisor of Instruction-Special Services and also previously taught English, History, and Reading in the Special Education Department. She also served as the Consulting Teacher from 2004-2014.

Education: BS Accounting, Montclair State University – New Jersey Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – New Jersey Public School Accountant (PSA)
Mrs. Mesa joined the Morris Hills Regional District community in 2020. Prior to her position as the Assistant Business Administrator, she was one of the staff accountants. She began her career as an accountant/auditor in 2015. She was the auditor to the district for over 5 years before coming to our district.
