    Homework is an integral and vital aspect of the students' total educational experience. Typical types of homework assignments include unit work sheets, text reading assignments, reports, research projects, vocabulary/spelling and the review of class notes. In certain courses, a majority of the homework is assigned at the beginning of a unit with subsequent activities focusing upon completion of hands-on-projects. Conversely, in programs such as Cooperative Education and Computer Aided Drafting, homework assignments are required on a regular basis and completion is an important aspect of the class work grade.
