Status Update 8/13/2024:
Can I download the app now?
- Yes.
I'm a parent. When will I receive my username and password?
- Login information will be emailed to parents during the week of August 26.
I'm not able to see any of my classes or schedule.
- After Sept 1, 2024, this information will be available.
I'm a student or staff member. Can I login using my MHRD Gmail username and password?
- Yes. Touch Login with Google option and login using your MHRD credentials.
- This is the easiest way for students and staff to login.
When I try to login I receive an "Invalid Login Information" error, what should I do?
- Tap on the “Student Info” icon.
- Hit “Forgot your login/password?”
- Enter your Aspen username to have your password sent to you. (Once you complete this process and follow the instructions in the email, you should regain access.)
- If you still can’t access the app, please email mobileapp@mhrd.org for additional assistance.
I did not receive my login information and school has already started. Who should I contact?
- Please email mobileapp@mhrd.org for additional assistance.
When I login to Aspen, I noticed that one of grades is different than the grade in the mobile app. What should I do?
- Grades in the Mobile App are refreshed at specific times throughout the day. Please wait for the grades to update and refresh.
One of my teacher's name isn't appearing in my list of classes. What should I do?
- Nothing. Please be patient. We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed soon.
My schedule isn't showing in the app. What should I do?
- Schedules will show on or after Sept. 1. 2023.
I'm at MHRD teacher. Why should I download the app?
- You will be able to receive push notfications from the school.
- You will not be able to access any of your class or student grade info.
The app isn't working correctly or being sluggish. How do I reset it?
If you’re using an Apple device:
- Tap on the “Settings” icon.
- Select “Reset app defaults.” (Note: This will reset all your settings, including your selected feeds.)
- Hit “Reset.”
- If that doesn’t work, you may need to uninstall the app and download it again.
If you’re using an Android device:
- Exit the app and go to your phone settings.
- Locate the application manager, and find the MHRD mobile app.
- Tap on the icon.
- On the next screen, hit “Clear data.”
- If that doesn’t work, you may need to uninstall the app and download it again.
