    NOMINATION FORM

    The Morris Hills/ Morris Knolls High Schools’ Hall of Fame was formed to celebrate the accomplishments and share the rich history of these two outstanding schools.  The Hall of Fame honors alumni and former staff members who have distinguished themselves through their accomplishments and service and have brought great pride to Morris Hills or Morris Knolls High Schools either during their tenure as students or staff members or after their graduation.

     

    Do you know a Morris Hills or Morris Knolls High School alumnus or a former staff member who deserves induction into the Hall of Fame?  Please use this nomination form to nominate him or her.  Nominees will be selected by a committee of alumni, staff, and community members. 

     

    Nominees must have graduated from either Morris Hills or Morris Knolls High Schools at least 10 years prior to induction or have been a teacher/administrator at either school for a minimum of 15 years to be eligible for induction.  Additional criteria include the following:

     

    • The individual serves as a model of integrity for young people.

     

    • The individual will have achieved success in his or her career, scholastic achievements, or other significant areas.

     

    • The individual will have achieved success in community or in civic activities and will have contributed significantly to public service or society.

     

    Both living and deceased alumni may be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame.
