1. Register with the Morris Hills Regional District and provide proof of residency.  Online registration for students entering in 2025-2026will be available on December 10, 2024.  Please register at the school designated by your address, not the school you are applying to attend. Applicants who have not proven residency will not be considered for the In-District Lottery.

1. Once your registration has been verified by the District Registrar, you will be sent a confirmation email that your registration has been accepted.  This confirmation email will include a link to the in-district lottery application.  Please note that verification of residency may take time; applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the registration process as early as possible.

     2. If not all lottery seats are taken, students have until September 30th of their freshman year to apply for seats on a first-come, first-served basis. 

     3. Please note that this program is only for students who live in Denville, Rockaway Borough, Rockaway Township, or Wharton. Students who live in other towns and wish to attend one of the schools in the             Morris Hills Regional District must apply through the Out-of-District School Choice Program.
